1. Agreement

By playing Snakes Untangled on the web or on Android you agree to these terms and to the Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

2. Licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the game for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, resell, reverse engineer or extract its artwork, code or content, except where the law allows.

3. Virtual items

Points (daisies, corals and the other world currencies), boosters, skins, mystery eggs and other virtual items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be moved between devices or between the web and Android versions unless the game offers it. You receive a licence to use them, not ownership. Mystery eggs give a random skin, with the odds shown in the game before you buy.

4. Purchases and refunds

Purchases on Android are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms and refund policy. Purchases are not currently offered on the web. Except where the law requires otherwise, purchases are final. If something you bought does not arrive, contact [email protected].

5. Age

You must be at least 18 years old, and of legal age to enter into contracts where you live, to play the game and make purchases. By playing you confirm that you meet this requirement.

6. Ads

The game is free and supported by ads. Rewarded ads are optional. The "Remove ads" purchase removes break ads; rewarded ads stay available.

7. Your progress

Progress is stored on your device or in your browser. We are not responsible for progress lost through deleting the app, clearing browser data or changing devices.

8. Changes and availability

We may update, change or stop the game or any feature, including prices and virtual items, at any time.

9. Content notice

About the snakes. Snakes Untangled is a puzzle game. It mixes real snake species with recoloured, renamed and entirely made-up snakes, and its hunters, habitats and facts are simplified or invented for play. Pictures and names may not match real animals, and some "fantasy" snakes do not exist. Nothing in the game is scientific, veterinary or safety information, and it must not be used to identify snakes or judge whether a snake is dangerous. Never touch or approach a wild snake.

10. Intellectual property

The game, its name, artwork and code belong to Silvertonian or its licensors.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

12. Ending access

We may suspend access if you break these terms. You can stop using the game at any time.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and disputes go to the competent courts in Israel, without limiting consumer rights you have where you live.
