Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Silvertonian (“we”) handles information in the Relaxing Games app (the “App”). We built the App to need as little information as possible.
1. Who is responsible

2. The short version
The App has no accounts and does not ask for your name, email, contacts, location, camera, microphone or files. We do not sell your data. Your game progress stays on your device. The App shows ads from Google on its menu screens, and Google may collect device and usage information to show and measure them (section 5).
3. Data stored only on your device
The App saves your progress, completed levels, settings (such as sound) and coin balance in your device’s local app storage. This information is not sent to us or to anyone else, and we cannot see it.
4. Purchases
The App has no purchases. Coins are earned only by playing, by the daily gift and by optionally watching an ad. If we ever add paid items, we will update this policy and the Data safety section on Google Play first.
5. Ads
The App shows banner ads on its main menu and game menus, and offers optional rewarded ads that give you free coins. Ads are served by Google LLC (Google AdSense and H5 Games Ads on the website, Google AdMob in the Android app). To show and measure ads, limit how often you see them and prevent fraud, Google may use cookies or similar technologies and collect device and usage information such as device identifiers (including your advertising ID on Android), IP address, approximate location derived from IP, and interactions with ads. Google may use this information to personalise ads where you allow it. Learn more in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Where the law requires consent (for example in the EU, the UK and Switzerland), a consent message from a Google-certified consent platform asks for your choice before personalised ads are shown, and you can change it at any time. You can turn off personalised ads in Google’s ad settings and reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings. We do not receive personal information about you from Google’s ads.
6. Analytics and crash reports
The App currently does not use analytics or crash-reporting services. If that changes, we will update this policy and the Data safety section on Google Play first.
7. Children
The App is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Keeping and deleting data
Data on your device stays until you delete it. You can erase it at any time with Reset all game data on the Your data page, by clearing the App’s storage in Android settings, or by uninstalling the App.
9. Security
The App does not transmit your game data. Ads use the encrypted connections of the ad provider.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or US state laws) you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to complain to a data-protection authority. Because we hold almost no personal data, most requests can be met by the reset option above; for anything else, email [email protected].
11. Changes
We will post any changes to this policy here with a new date, and tell you in the App about significant changes.

We do not sell your data. Ad data is encrypted in transit by Google. You can manage ad personalisation in Google’s ad settings.
You can erase all game data on your device from Legal > Your data > Reset all game data inside the app.
