This policy explains how Silvertonian ("we", "us") handles information in our games and apps (the "Apps") and on silvertonian.com. It applies to all Apps published under the Silvertonian name on Google Play, the web and other stores.
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location or contacts.
Game progress and settings are stored only on your device (for web games, in your browser's local storage). We cannot see this data, and it is deleted when you uninstall the App or clear your browser data.
Some Apps may use third-party services that collect limited information under their own privacy policies. When an App uses one, it is listed here:
If we add advertising or analytics to an App, we will update this list before that version is released.
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to send. We use it only to reply to you, and we do not share it or add you to any mailing list.
Our Apps do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us. Because we collect almost nothing, in most cases the answer will be that we hold nothing.
We may update this policy. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
