Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 17, 2026
Silvertonian is committed to making silvertonian.com and our games and apps usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. This statement describes what we have done, what is still limited, and how to ask for help.
Standard we aim for
We aim for the Website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, which is the basis of Israeli Standard SI 5568. The Website has not yet been audited by an independent accessibility specialist, so we describe our work as a goal, not a certification.
What the Website already provides
- Pages are built with semantic HTML: headings in order, landmarks (header, main, footer, navigation), and real links and buttons.
- Text and background colors are chosen for strong contrast, and text is resizable with the browser's zoom.
- The layout adapts to phones, tablets and desktops without horizontal scrolling.
- All pages can be used with a keyboard, and the focused link is clearly outlined.
- Images that carry meaning have text descriptions (alt text).
- The page language is declared so screen readers pronounce text correctly.
- No content flashes or plays sound automatically.
Known limitations
- Games: Our games are action games drawn on a canvas or in 3D, and they depend on quick visual reactions and touch input. They are not currently usable with a screen reader, and they have no alternative control scheme or difficulty setting built for motor or visual disabilities. We are looking at options such as larger touch targets and simpler modes.
- Android apps: Apps follow Android's system font size and display settings only where the app's own interface uses standard controls. Game screens may not.
- Third-party content: Store pages (such as Google Play) and other services we link to have their own accessibility, which we do not control.
Requesting an accessible alternative
If you cannot use part of the Website or an App because of a disability, tell us what you tried, which device and assistive technology you use, and the page or App involved. We will reply, offer the information in another way where we can, and consider the fix in the next update.
